Event summary
An Iranian-backed hacker group is believed to be responsible for a sophisticated cyber attack that has crippled the global operations of US medical technology company Stryker. The attack has left thousands of Irish employees unable to work, and all IT systems at Stryker's Cork base, which employs 4,000 people, remain down.
